Em Waltman
Ms. Waltman is a senior broker and owner of ATWALTMANSLOGISTICS. She has over seven years in the transportation/logistics industry/carrier management business as a dispatcher and assistant broker. Em is responsible for the company's customer experience team in onboarding new accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Em, also serves as executive director of a non-profit, Just In Time, which provides resources and services to teenagers aging out of foster care.
Em is a proud graduate of Georgia Southern University and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Ron Waltman
Mr. Waltman is the head of operations and the CEO ATWALTMANSLOGISTICS.
Ron has served in several leadership positions throughout his tenure of 24 years in United States Army Aviation. Ron is a highly experienced professional with extensive proficiency in personnel management, change management, process development, and leadership across diverse populations.
Ron's background includes managing company functions of Quality Control, Information Technology, Ethics & Compliance, Import Export Program, and Security; Manage the yearly IT Annual Operating Plan. He is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor.
Ron is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICCB). He, also, holds advanced degrees from Saint Leo and Webster University, in Human Resource Management and Information Technology Management, respectively.
